Therapy Details for Psychological Energy Reversal

Managing energy change is straightforward and exceptionally effective - there are two specific points which fix any change in seconds, namely • the Sore Spot, and • the Karate Chop point. Along with EFTs excellence at unveiling root factors, as well as helping to build legitimate self esteem, no matter what presenting difficulties you can find in a person's everyday life, right here there is a new approach available to get suffering and pain from long standing problems that have caused powerful anguish and also terrible internal struggles for so many people. Even persistent psychological reversals are able to be re-reversed and chronic patterns corrected; and what’s even better,as Gary Craig claims, "It's not really a character flaw, it's only something that happened", lastly removing the burden of guilt and shame from those afflicted by absolutely nothing more, or less, than a simple psychological reversal.

What is the Basis of EFT?

EFT Each and every one of our negative emotions which can result in pain both of a physical or emotional nature are generated by a disturbance in our body's energy systems. To eradicate the pain and discomfort we need to get all the circuits working in the correct way again. Pulses transmitted down the most appropriate meridian unblock the pathways (a bit like a plunger unblocks the sludge in a drain) and levels out our energy once again. When we have a balanced energy we do not have the psychological intensity developing anymore since there is no obstruction for it to build against. Our undesired emotions are simply triggered by energy disruptions. Now its important to recognize that it’s not about a painful memory creating the difficulty. This impression is at the core of a lot of contemporary therapy practices where upon we are asked to talk over pains and issues and work through the processes to be freed from them. EFT overcomes this as it merely clears the circuits or meridians where that detrimental emotion established the blockage. You do not have to analyze your emotions to be freed from the effects of them. The memories you retain and the sentiments from them offer some keys to helping yourself be free of them however you do not need to study them in detail. That's the reason, EFT is a huge choice of care for any people who are suffering from a fair amount of emotional suffering. What if you have a nasty bruise on your leg and you pay a visit to the doctor to have it treated. If they said that to treat it you needed to press down on it over and over, letting the pain course through your body every time, would you feel good about that solution? That is a physical illustration of why continual talking over of past wounds and pain might not be the most advantageous solution. If you have ever worked on circuit making as part of science at high school, you will recall if there was a loose connection your little light bulb may well not correctly light up. It wasn’t that all the wires weren’t in contact, but one of the wires may not have been properly connected and this would cause the light bulb to flicker and not work with its full intensity. This is a somewhat like our insides. We sometimes want something to straighten out the wires and verify that they are all properly connected. If you can accept the principle of this and then begin to really use it the end product can be impressive. Basically it’s preventing the need to conduct an endless cycle of talking, as it’s short-circuiting the process, cutting into that very moment the first circuit blockage happened and focusing on that- without requiring to tread out all the associated emotional garbage. The main focus on talking things out is why most people often get worse when going to conventional counseling. It’s like the bruise analogy again- if you keep on prodding it all you feel is more painfulness and it’s needless to say not going to make it feel or get better. If we are forced to relive a unpleasant memory time and again we just persist in blocking up the same exact disrupted circuit and fuzzing out our frequencies. EFT tapping on the ends of meridian areas helps a great deal better because the direct cause of all that detrimental energy and emotion is being addressed. It’s why it’s a faster and simpler method (and far less painful!) The EFT method of treatment isn’t just for a small number of negative emotions- it works well for all of them. Fears, phobias, stress, anger, grief, depression, PTSD, anxiety, worry and guilt which can induce long term physical effects may all be treated to allow you to overcome blockages in your profession, relationships and thought patterns. All of these can be treated the same way as they are all caused by that fuzzy circuit connection in your meridians.

Just What is the Vortex?

Since I use the term often, here’s a quick reminder about what the vortex is and how to get in:
The vortex is a term for alignment to Source energy. (Or whatever you call Universe, God, All That Is, etc.)
Being in the vortex means you’re at one with who you really are, you’re feeling fabulous, and in vibrational alignment to your desires. It’s represented by feelings like enthusiasm, inspiration, passion, joy, and appreciation.
Being out of the vortex means you’re energetically kinked, not letting in the good stuff you’ve been calling in. It often feels frustrated, hopeless, fearful, or angry.

What to Say

The Setup Statement While you rub the Sore Spot (or tap the Side of Hand point instead, if you prefer) you say a "Setup Statement" which tunes you into the problem. The basic form of a Setup Statement is: "Even though < X >, I deeply and completely accept myself" where describes the feeling or problem you are working on (see table for examples). • If you find the Sore Spot hard to find or too painful, tap the Side of Hand point instead – using the Sore Spot is considered to be slightly better but both are effective. • There is no right or wrong about Setup Statements. Think about the problem and how you would describe it to someone else, and use those words. • Use the words that you really use with yourself everyday – not the "official" or "clean" words you think you should use. e.g. Don't say "gastrointestinal pain" if what you would usually say is "gut ache". • The Setup doesn't have to be grammatical, logical or even have proper words for how you feel. If you have an "eugh feeling" you can say "Even though I have this eugh feeling,…" • You don't have to say "I deeply and completely accept myself" if that feels uncomfortable or false. Pick equivalent words that indicate in some way that you accept yourself e.g. "I accept myself", or "I'm an OK person", or, "I'm an OK bloke", or "I'm OK".

The Reminder Phrase Each time you tap on a point you say a Reminder Phrase – a word or short phrase which keeps you tuned into the issue. The phrase is typically taken from the Setup Statement. Note the following examples of Setup Statements and corresponding Reminder Phrases.

Setup Statement - Even though I have this problem, I deeply and completely accept myself
Reminder phrase - This problem

Setup Statement - Even though I'm angry about what happened, I deeply and completely accept myself
Reminder phrase - Angry

Setup Statement - Even though I'm embarrassed, I deeply and completely accept myself
Reminder phrase - Embarrassed

Setup Statement - Even though I feel all this guilt, I deeply and completely accept myself
Reminder phrase - This guilt

Setup Statement - Even though she said I was ugly, I deeply and completely accept myself
Reminder phrase - Said I was ugly

Setup Statement - Even though my shoulder hurts like hell, I deeply and completely accept myself
Reminder phrase - Shoulder

Setup Statement - Even though I really want to smoke, I deeply and completely accept myself
Reminder phrase - Really want to smoke

Setup Statement - Even though I feel like I've got the world on my shoulders, I deeply and completely accept myself
Reminder phrase - World on my shoulders

How to Tap

• Use either index or middle finger or both – whichever feels most natural. Tap with the end of the finger(s) or, if you have long finger nails, the finger pad(s). • You can use either hand and tap on either side of the body. • For the Collarbone, Underarm and Side of Hand points, using several fingers helps ensure the right point is covered. • Tap about 7 times on each point. It does not have to be exactly 7 times. You may tap longer on one or more points if they "feel good". • Speed of tapping is approximately 2-4 taps per second. • Tap firmly enough to feel the vibration in the surrounding skin, but not hard enough to hurt or bruise.
