What is the Basis of EFT?

EFT Each and every one of our negative emotions which can result in pain both of a physical or emotional nature are generated by a disturbance in our body's energy systems. To eradicate the pain and discomfort we need to get all the circuits working in the correct way again. Pulses transmitted down the most appropriate meridian unblock the pathways (a bit like a plunger unblocks the sludge in a drain) and levels out our energy once again. When we have a balanced energy we do not have the psychological intensity developing anymore since there is no obstruction for it to build against. Our undesired emotions are simply triggered by energy disruptions. Now its important to recognize that it’s not about a painful memory creating the difficulty. This impression is at the core of a lot of contemporary therapy practices where upon we are asked to talk over pains and issues and work through the processes to be freed from them. EFT overcomes this as it merely clears the circuits or meridians where that detrimental emotion established the blockage. You do not have to analyze your emotions to be freed from the effects of them. The memories you retain and the sentiments from them offer some keys to helping yourself be free of them however you do not need to study them in detail. That's the reason, EFT is a huge choice of care for any people who are suffering from a fair amount of emotional suffering. What if you have a nasty bruise on your leg and you pay a visit to the doctor to have it treated. If they said that to treat it you needed to press down on it over and over, letting the pain course through your body every time, would you feel good about that solution? That is a physical illustration of why continual talking over of past wounds and pain might not be the most advantageous solution. If you have ever worked on circuit making as part of science at high school, you will recall if there was a loose connection your little light bulb may well not correctly light up. It wasn’t that all the wires weren’t in contact, but one of the wires may not have been properly connected and this would cause the light bulb to flicker and not work with its full intensity. This is a somewhat like our insides. We sometimes want something to straighten out the wires and verify that they are all properly connected. If you can accept the principle of this and then begin to really use it the end product can be impressive. Basically it’s preventing the need to conduct an endless cycle of talking, as it’s short-circuiting the process, cutting into that very moment the first circuit blockage happened and focusing on that- without requiring to tread out all the associated emotional garbage. The main focus on talking things out is why most people often get worse when going to conventional counseling. It’s like the bruise analogy again- if you keep on prodding it all you feel is more painfulness and it’s needless to say not going to make it feel or get better. If we are forced to relive a unpleasant memory time and again we just persist in blocking up the same exact disrupted circuit and fuzzing out our frequencies. EFT tapping on the ends of meridian areas helps a great deal better because the direct cause of all that detrimental energy and emotion is being addressed. It’s why it’s a faster and simpler method (and far less painful!) The EFT method of treatment isn’t just for a small number of negative emotions- it works well for all of them. Fears, phobias, stress, anger, grief, depression, PTSD, anxiety, worry and guilt which can induce long term physical effects may all be treated to allow you to overcome blockages in your profession, relationships and thought patterns. All of these can be treated the same way as they are all caused by that fuzzy circuit connection in your meridians.
